Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition.
Waterproof bags must be returned dry and free from dirt or damage.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
